Complaining when u given me back my return product money... This is my first bad experience with lr... I using lr before 1 year n i order many dressed... I m never refund any product but this is my first experience bcoz of bad products... Before u guys me send very comfortable product... I want my money back 1300rs/-very disappointed u guys received my return product in 2 days but can't u have time for return... Givn my money back... I like lr very much in lots of aap but u guys doing same thing like other cheap app i never trust inlr Contact my whtsap [protected] when u given my return product money u receive my return products in two days nw u have some traffic issues covid issues seller issues for given my return product money...in fact you guys send my product in 3 days wow... Verified Support Jun 13, 2020 LimeRoad Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Due to the current situation, we are functioning with less manpower and due to system limitations, we were unable to fulfill your requests on time. However, the refund of INR 786 against the order #[protected] and INR 521 against the order #[protected] was successfully processed on (09 June 2020). This should reflect in your bank account anytime by (18 June 2020), against A.M Marketplaces Pvt. Ltd. At times, you may not receive the bank transaction SMS therefore we request you to check your bank account statement for refund referring UTR-- N[protected] and N[protected] respectively.
