I have been asking regarding this product to be delivered since many days. I have send multiple messages and I haven't received it yet. The order is [protected]S2
Will you please have minimum courtesy to let me know when will it be delivered? Its been almost a month. I purchased at least 33 items from your site. I m never doing the mistake of buying from your app since you created so much of hassle. At least send me a genuine update on when it can be delivered. After all I paid for it, i have been trying to contact your customer service number since many days. My message requests show the email notification that its been closed without any proper communication by your agents. I need to make the decision to cancel or wait for delivery. Can you please provide me an update? I do not know where to escalate this concern. Have the minimum courtesy to pay attention to my concern. I will not be in that registered address from June 2nd.
