[Resolved] Limeroad — No refund and delivery of another broken item | |||||
My mom ordered a Transparent Crystal Parrot With Mango on limeroad. But what was showed on the site with specifications is totally different from what we received . The specifications said 18X5X18 inches and we got a small item of dimensions 7.5cmx7.5cmx7.5cm. So we requested for a return and a refund. So they picked it up and instead of refunding the money they gave us a replacement item which is transparent crystal peacock of same dimensions and the worst part is that its broken not one but into 3 pieces.My mother sent several mails regarding this no response at all. This total fraud. Not did they gave us back our money but sent us a broken item and with zero response.
