[Resolved] Limeroad — not able to neither place a return nor speak to a customer care ex

Hi team,

I placed an order 3 days back, i want to return 2 pieces out of 5 ordered, for the reason the stuff is very rough. Not able to place return request for one of them, forcibly i had to choose exchange option when i actually want to return it because of stuff. Tried reaching customer care, which only gives a busy tone throughout the day. Need urgent help in resolving and getting the amount credited to my account.

Hello limeroad i order saree but material was not so good so i return the item..but my refund is in LR credits. i want my refund on my bank account not my LR Credits.. so plz tell me how can i get my refund on my bank account...
