Limeroad — Order not yet received, fake signature

Hi,
I had ordered a clothing from limeroad where in the order was not delivered. The status in the limeroad account shows delivered and the money also was transacted.
On reaching the customer service no, which is never answerable. Mailed to them, wherein they are resolving the issue for more than 15 days.

Kindly look into the issue and take some considerate measures as I see lots of order related issues on limeroad. Thanks

Updated by Jasurob Still no proper response from limeroad regarding the above mentioned issue, it has been more than two months.

Kindly look into this issue and please do the needful.
