Limeroad — partial amount received for returned order

Have order one derby shoes whereas i have received loafer shoes - while asking for replacement - there is no stock and customer support suggest to for refund they will provide the full refund (Cash paid + lr credit) - now they are refuse to give the refund for lr credit used amount (Rs.590/=). Have correspondence so many time also send them recording that they confirm they will refund full amount.

Now they are offering me for gold membership for 3 months, which i have refused so many time and asked for my money back - now they are not answering the call also.

This is my order no [protected]. Limeroad company did not give me the cash back they had promised me. I talked to customer care very much, but they told every time and asked not to pay money, please give me my rights, these companies are doing their own arbitrary please. Solve my problem.
