Limeroad — Payment successful, but no Order has been made!

Hi, I recently a backpack from limeroad today and paid through payumoney. I received a mail from payumoney confirming the payment is successful, but have not received any mails from limeroad and also there are no items in 'My Order'. Could you please resolve this issue at the earliest and confirm as to why this has happened. I have already emailed to [protected]@limeroad.com. It would be great if the product can be delivered without anymore confusion after sorting out the issue, if not, a refund would be highly appreciable! Thank you so much for your time. Ria
