Limeroad — Product missing

My cod order number is [protected]. I have ordered 2 handbags which is under buy 1 get 1 category. now i got courier delivered with only 2 bags instead of 4 bags. Please get me favour. I was very upset by seeing this. I never expect this from limeroad website.

Dear Priya, As discussed on call, To avail this offer, you need to select at least 2 items ( same or different ) in your cart from B1G1 Tab (Top right hand side).
B1G1 offer automatically calculates the highest possible discount which you can avail.
As we can not club 2 offers into one order hence either you will get B1G1 offer discount or the “already available discount” product, whichever is higher for you.

Please note : The B1G1 offer discount is calculated on the MRP of the product regardless of existing discount on the product, giving you the maximum benefit.
