[Resolved] Limeroad — product no 70162015 refund still not credit in the bank account

I got the funds in their credit form on 30th mar, 2020.
I didn't want to keep it in their account so i raised a request on 7th april 2020 for fund transfer and it acknowledged stating it will be credited within 5-7 working days in the name of "a. M marketplaces pvt. Ltd".
However, it's been a month now and it still shows a status as queued. Request you to credit the funds in the bank account asap.
