Limeroad — product not received

I had ordered a shoe on 8th mar, 2020 which i received on 16th mar, 2020. But that was small in size. I had returned the shoe to the company on 20th mar, 2020 for replacement. On 4th may, 2020 the delivery boy was come to deliver the new shoe, before the delivery he asked me to give 4 digit otp pin. But there was no any otp pin came on my mobile. That reason, his gone from my house without giving the shoe. Then i call to the customer care service but the customer care executive told me to give my mobile number which is registered in my bank account. I asked to him why you want my mobile number. He said that we are deducting only 2 rupees from your bank account just for confirmation. I don’t understand why did he say like that. Then after one otp came in my mobile from my bank, he asked me to give that otp number. I totally denied. It is request to you please solve this issue as soon as possible
