I had ordered a "white printed cotton maxi dress" whose expected delivery date was 7/8/2018]. I have not received the order yet.

The payment was done online and i am unable to request a refund or get in touch with the transporter to inquire about this order.

I would expect a prompt reply and action in this regard.

I ordered a kurti from limeroad.But delivered product is different from the one that I ordered.So i initiated a return and refund from limeroad.But the refund amount will be stored in LR credits, which I do not want.I want that amount in my bank account.kindly help regarding this matter.Thank you.
