Hi, i purchased green cotton tant saree, and proceed for its returned as item was not like as expected. But i still not received my refund for the same. M checking refund status for it but it showing as below

Refund amount: ₹1315.0
Refund mode: neft transfer
Refund status: refund failed
Refund date: 11/06/2018

Please let me know for the same.

I want to change a top nd even I have done the necessary return system also but instead of getting refund back they have again sent the top back nd now they r not taking it under refund system and even after the delivery I haven't got an delivered msg of the product also really dispointed plz help
