Dear sir /madam

I have a different query. I have received lr credits for the kurta that i returned however i want the amount to reflect in my bank account and not as lr credit please help me on how can i proceed with the same at the earliest. Have sent out couple of emails and tried to contact you but i have no response it's really frustrating that i need to follow up so much please give me a proper email address or contact number so that i can get in touch and follow up
