Limeroad — refund pending

I have prepaid for 5 products vide order no [protected] on 11 sep 2019 from lime road shopping app, from 5 i have returned back 3 on 14 step 2019.They have keep pending refund of 2 products till the date .
I have prepaid money i have returned back products as per their channel of process and still they are not refunding my money back saying you returned wrong product.

On phone call say from lime road and you are winning a car . i am your regular customer since 6 months. my mobile number is register in your order No.[protected] . is this fake call or anything. i have returned product and share online my bank details to lime road. i want to talk on customer care of lime road please contact me immediately.
