Limeroad — return problem

Company name - lime road, gurugram delhi. [protected]

I have ordered 2 things.. Delivered on 30jan and 31 jan 2020..

And we raised return on 2 feb 2020..

But pickup person not come to given address.

Order no.1 - [protected]
2- [protected]

At last they said we are not able to return. From deliver day within 7 days return policy.

My question. We returned on 2 feb but company person not come to pickup.
If they r able to dilever. Then it's same to pickup also they knows.

So they saying we can't take it and not able to refund money also..

So i request you to take action on them.
