[Resolved] Limeroad — return request is submitted but the product is not yet collected it's been 1 month the product is still with me

Hi this is pooja,
I have submitted the return request for my order. It's been nearly 1 month the product is with me and not yet collected.
I have called customer care twice, they have initiated the return request but it's was of no use. Because of this refund is also not happening. The order was of amount 2000+, but i can see the refund amount is around 1700 only.
Please resolve this long pending issue.
