Limeroad — Unable to cancel the order that has not been sent even after 5 days of delivery due date

I placed an order of two kurtis
One was completely different and i initiated a refund for which they have not even sent a pickup after 1 week of asking for refund
Other kurti didnot even reach me after 5days of due delivery date
I cant even cancel the order
Very very poor customer service of limeroad
I have already payed for the order
Please provide refund for both the items i ordered
