Liminos Technology — Employees Provident Fund Organisation my past employer not approving my pf transfer request please Help now its very Late nd EP

Dear sir / ma'am,
Would need your support, as i am struggling to get mine epf amount since long time, below is the details:

Grievance # 3 srokn/e/2017/05053 < this is still opened >
Grievance # 2 srokn/e/2017/04448 < no solution given on this >
Had submitted complete documents more than thrice to epfo office kandivali west, mumbai office but this wasn't processed by team, then at 4th time when i got luckily connected at grievance #[protected] wherein epfo officer has communicated that this has been submitted now and you will have this credited within 10 days of time however since that almost month time is over and no responses received yet.
Have tried all media's to reach upper level management but didnt getting any supports yet
I am struggling to manage mine medical expenses and expecting your all quick support to have this credited earliest

I had submitted the form 10-d and form f-31 against my above epf account on 24.11.2016 at your salt lake office in kolkata, west bengal.
After that they had asked p. F. Office, park street office in kolkata toverify the scheme certificate no. Wb/cal/2241 dated 11/6/2003. Against which asstt. P. F. Commissioner (Pen), sub regional office, park street, kolkata, has sent a reply vide their letter no. Wb/prb/s. C. No. Wb/cal/ 2241/pen/3191 dated 11/1/17 that they have verified the scheme certificate and found the same correct as per their record.
It is to inform you that i have not yet received my epf pension against the above.
Request you to kindly look into it and confirm the status of above.My name is sabarish vs.

I resigned from my past company by oct'2016, and joined new company by nov'16.
I have applied for my pf transfer through online by may'2017 - due to heavy flood in chennai in the month of dec'2016, all networks was collapsed and i applied only by may'2017, but before that i have applied via manual form in the month of nov'2016, they rejected my request and asked me to apply through online and same was done on may'2017 - that one also rejected due to mismatch of my data in records.
Now, pf portal was changed and am unable to re-apply on new portal, because of my kyc not approved, which is to be approved by my past employer, .
They are saying that, due to some technical issue with pf portal they unable to modify my data in records, unable to approve my kyc and unable to process my transfer request.
It was almost 9 months got completed, still am struggling to transfer my pf to my current account.
I sent lot of mail to past employer, none is responding.
Could anyone please support / help me on resolving this issue.
