Liminos Technology — My under warranty nikon d576 damaged during servicing want my refund from nikon

I submitted my 10 months old nikon d567 for sensor cleaning at authorized nikon collection centre, Mp - advance multitechnologies . On 12/12/2019. (Job number:imf293746). My camera had no other issues except few dust on the sensor at the time of submitting even though i mentioned about having problems with wifi connection through their mobile app snap bridge and also about not getting 150 continuous shots as claimed by the company even though i used recommended xqd card. I received a call from nikon authorized service centre solution & service telling me that the charge of servicing would be rs. 16000. Shocked, i asked what the charge for. She replied it was for repairing the wifi. When i told her that nothing was wrong with the wifi physically, problem i mentioned was about the software and firmware. She said she would talk to her senior and call me back again. Later when i called her, she gave her phone to another guy who claimed that the sd card slot of the camera was damaged and the charge for replacing it. I protested and told him that it was working perfectly fine when i submitted my camera to their authorized collection centre, my issue was with xqd card not able to take 150 continuous shots and not with sd card. But he said it was damaged when he opened it to check and that such damage are not covered under nikon warranty thus i need to pay for it. I have made various complaints to nikon india through email, messenger, and over the phone that my camera was damaged when it was under their custody and as such the cost of the repair should be borne by nikon. Their arrogant reply is that their authorized collection centre where i submitted my camera for servicing is not authorized to inspect the internal part of the camera and thus testify the condition of the camera when received, so i have no proof that the sd card slot not damaged when it was submitted to the centre. I refused to pay the charge for sd card slot replacement and asked them to send the camera back. I received my camera with physically damaged sd card slot. Nikon has deviced such an aftersale service that and consumer who submits his equipment for servicing at their authorized collection centre is completely under their mercy. He has no claim about the condition of his equipment as submitted to nikon custody as such collection centres are not authorized to testify it.in such a situation if any damage occurs to the equipment while it was under nikon custody the consumer has no proof to claim that the damage took place after he had submitted the equipment to nikon. This also leaves a large room for nikon india to exploit and loot the poor consumer. They can simply claim that such and such parts are damaged (Even if there is no such damage at all) and ask the customer to pay for repair. If he pays, they can simply take the money and send the camera back without doing anything with it. If he refuses to pay, they can simply damage those mentioned parts to support their claim. The poor customer has no other alternative but to pay (I suspect that is what happened to my camera).I am seeking help in getting justice for the damage nikon india cause to my camera as well the mental harassment they put me through in this case.
