The staff are so rude to attend the queries and moreover they don't have patience to listen to our queries. The lines are always busy or they don't attempt to pick the calls at all. They always don't let us know about the status of our queries but insist us to send a letter of request.

I want the management to take action against the staff and teach them the manners to attend the call and improve the service better and attend queries through mail also as other companies do.

i had applied for TATA Motors Fixed deposit scheme and Likintime is not sending me refund of Principalamout + interest amoutn despite repeated reminders.
The phone call agents are very unprofesional and keep you on hold for lonmgh knowing that the call would get disconnected automatically within 9 minutes, and you have to keep trying their number repeatedly until you get through.
Nobody responds to emails and when you ask for some supervisor staff to speak with i am told repeatedly that there is no supervisor or any senior person available to speak and you have to send email to get an response, which we never get.

This is a hard earned money and at no cost I would like to lose it. Please help me !

Agree 200% on the inefficiency of Linkintime folks. I had a bad experience with them on Tata Motors FD scheme. I have never seen a worse customer support.

I have for reference your letter SL 150566 dt 28.07.2010 informing the declaration of final dividend @ 12% per equity share of Central Bank Of India.. My reference number (Client Id) is [protected] and Iam holding 133 shares with Central Bank Of India. I have received two credits in my account (i.e) one for Rs.266 on 21.08.09 and another for Rs.133 on 26.12.09 through ECS. After this, I have not received any credit in my account. On going through your cited letter, I found that the account number under bank details column has been given wrongly. The account number should be [protected], instead the MICR number has been repeated. Probably that is the reason why the dividend amount of Rs.160 has not been credited in my account. Kindly check in your records and make the corrections so that the credits after Dec' 09 are routed through in the proper account.Please do the needful and confirm

Dear Sir

One of client Mr. Sachin Kumar have invest in IPO of Coal India he has received few shares in his DP account and for else he got refund by cheque vide number 061254 dated[protected] now he has faced two problem in cheque given below

1. The cheque was received in around 15 January 2011 and the cheque date was[protected]

2. The second problem is that the bank account number which is mention vide [protected] is wrong where the accurate number is[protected].

now sir the cheque has been expired and client is demanding for another cheque. Here you are requested to help us to clear his problem

I had deposited my FD receipt( after maturity) of Tata Motors ( Receipt No 139545) at your Bhandup office on 27th May 2011. ( Your acknowledgment no 9318).
Further I was directed to contact TSR Darashaw, Mahalaxmi, for geting refund.
Now Even after calling TSR office, they say they have not received any FDR receipt from LINK INTIME, and I am not able to get any information from Link Intime office telephone which remains unanswered[protected]
I stay in Aurangabad .Therefore it is not possible to come down to Mumbai for foloow up very easily.
