Coal India IPO
Dear Sir,

I had applied for 400 No. of Coal India shares of COAL INDIA LTD through www.icicidirect.com. As per the
allotment ration declaed minimum 199 shares must be allotted on my name. But, I am surprised to note that the full application money is refunded to me with no shares alloted on my name.
The details of my application is as under:-

DP ACC " 51978517
Transaction ID No. 6031926, dated.19th Oct'2010.
Paid through cheque for Rs. 98, 000/- vide ICICI Bank ASBA dated 19th Oct 2010.

Non allotment of any single share has caused financial loss to me. AS such, I hereby submit my complaint cum notice to you to arrange issue of minimum number of shares immeditely within 15 days failing to which I will be left with no option but to go for legal intervention in the subject matter.

I have applied for Coal India for 300 shares.
The fools working in this organisation has made application for some other guy and transfered my money to his account.
I am following with these from last 6 months to get my money back.

I request all the companies to think before giving them to handle the IPOs..

I Raja Ram Jalan applied 400 shares of Coal India Ltd vide appl form no. 46534706 dt 18.10.2010 and paid 98000/- vide chq no.603041 dt 18.10.2010 drawn on State Bank Of Mysore, Bentick Street Branch, kolkata ( sb ac no. [protected]) which was honoured on 26.10.2010.I hve my demat account at Eureka Stock & share Broking Services Lts IN 302105 and my ac no is 10370836.I have already send you all xerox copy of application slip.bank statement.client master slip by registered post on 15.11.2010,
till date neither I have received my shares nor a single amount of refund of application money.
you are requested to look in the matter and arrange to get me my money refund at the earliest and also arrange to isue me the shares if found no mistake in my application
please do the needful.

d/sir, please find that my two client had applied for coal india ipo vide application no. 46768468 in tha name of Mr Vijai Pal Singh & 46767446 in the name of Mr Sudip Sarkar. Neither they get allotment of share and nor refund of money amount of Rs.18375/- & 12250/-.

I am also having similar experience.

TATA MOTOR finance is also spoiling its reputation.

DO HELL WITH TATA MOTORS, DO HELL WITH LINKINTIME...

TATA MOTORS SHOULD SHUT DOWN...SHAME ON TATA...

LINKTIME is a fraud organisation...and they are surviving on money cheated by people...

I also face the same thing. They have deducted the IT even after received the form 15h well in advance. SMARAJIT NANDI.

NANO CAR OF TATA IS A SUICIDAL DEVICE, IT CAN CAUSE FIRE ANYWHERE, IN PUBLIC PLACES, NEAR PETROL PUMP, NEAR GAS GODOWN ETC ... GOVT OF INDIA SHOULD STRICTLY BAN USAGE THIS CAR BY ANY PUBLIC, IT SHOULD ONLY BE USED AGAINST TERRORISTS / MILITANTS /AGAINST ENEMY DURING WAR .

I have same bad experience with Tata Motors FD scheme. Can TATA Motors take action to save its brand name?
