Kindly note that the above said refund order delivered to PO BOX NO.107 instead of my PO Box No.8107 (As the details with Geojit BNP Paribas). I checked with the Al Rubaya Group, PO BOX 107, Abu Dhabi, UAE (the receiver) but I couldn't find there as they lost it. I made complaint with Emirates Post head office, Abu Dhabi about the non receipt of the registered post. They informed it was delivered on time with proofs and postal authorities touch with the Al Rubaya Group (The receiver). Please take necessary steps to issue duplicate order as the following details.

Dear Sir,

I had applied for 400 No. of Coal India shares of COAL INDIA LTD through www.icicidirect.com. As per the
allotment ration declaed minimum 199 shares must be allotted on my name. But, I am surprised to note that the full application money is refunded to me with no shares alloted on my name.

I am following with these from last 6 months to get my money back.

[protected]) which was honoured on 26.10.2010.I hve my demat account at Eureka Stock & share Broking Services Lts IN 302105 and my ac no is 10370836.I have already send you all xerox copy of application slip.bank statement.client master slip by registered post on 15.11.2010,
till date neither I have received my shares nor a single amount of refund of application money.
you are requested to look in the matter and arrange to get me my money refund at the earliest and also arrange to isue me the shares if found no mistake in my application

I also face the same thing. They have deducted the IT even after received the form 15h well in advance. SMARAJIT NANDI.

NANO CAR OF TATA IS A SUICIDAL DEVICE, IT CAN CAUSE FIRE ANYWHERE, IN PUBLIC PLACES, NEAR PETROL PUMP, NEAR GAS GODOWN ETC ... GOVT OF INDIA SHOULD STRICTLY BAN USAGE THIS CAR BY ANY PUBLIC, IT SHOULD ONLY BE USED AGAINST TERRORISTS / MILITANTS /AGAINST ENEMY DURING WAR .

I have same bad experience with Tata Motors FD scheme. Can TATA Motors take action to save its brand name?
