Please note that I had applied for one lot Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd with application number [protected] and two lots Zomato Ltd with application number [protected] .I was not allotted with any of the shares but still Rs 15411 is still blocked . I dont understand how long does it take to unblock the funds .

There is no response from them over calls .Please dont enter in frauds and return back the money .Please note that the amount pending does not match with any of the IPO value. How have you proceeded with partial refund?
