I have applied for high security number plate for vehicle number HR03G6193 on 13 Jan 2023 12.13PM . Payment deduct from my account but I didn't get confirmation message or Order ID I also take screenshot of successful payment payment method is Paytm

Current Status - Haven't received number plate yet.
Summary -
I called customer care on Saturday's morning for canceling my order and refund an ordered amount, but got an advise to send an email at [protected]@hsrphr.com with attachment of ordered receipt, a copy of RC and mention the genuine cause for the same. After that I have sent an email on Saturday, January 7, 2023 for cancellation of my order and refund my ordered amount with all documents (Daughter's Medical Disability Certificate, RC Copy, Ordered Receipt), so that I can make re-order. I've called customer care more than 5 times in last 3 days, and got assurance that concerned team is working on my issue. Even I sent 3 more follow-up request emails after that, but no action from HSRPHR administration yet, so using this forum for help please.

Details -
I have been blessed with 3 daughters and have been using Activa Scooty - two wheeler to take my two daughters to school on daily basis and also need to go to hospital for youngest one as she is 100% disabled and dependent on me. I was in hospital when I booked the number plate on HSRPHR website on 4th Jan. After entering Registration number, Chassis, and Engine number, all details about my vehicle, got auto-populated on HSRPHR website, and there are two drop downs named Vehicle Type and Vehicle Category. If you see Vehicle Category code's list, then you will not see any code for Activa Scooty as decided by Government of Haryana Transport Department i.e., MCWG (Motor Cycle Without Gear), but HSRPHR team has been using their code which wasn't explained anywhere on website. Nobody can be educated by default to understand Vehicle Type and Category until you define them in some help section for customers. When I called customer care in morning, then got reply that leave all values by default after entering correct registration number. Portal also asked for RC copy where it's written that this is for 2 wheeler not for 4 wheeler. Since all values were autopopulated including Vehicle Type - Transport and Vehicle Category - LMV, and I had made an order online and made a payment of 700.70 INR immediately, but got realized on Saturday (Jan. 7) morning that made a wrong order for 4 wheeler. HSRPHR had also enough time for validation my entered details with uploaded RC copy that my details are wrong so order must be cancelled rather producing 4 wheeler plate for 2 wheeler. If there are not validation from HSRPHR team, so why it was asked to upload RC copy in portal from customer.

Desirable Resolution and Request -
Kindly consider my personal family situation and some lack of miscommunication from HSRPHR customer care and on website, it's my humble request to cancel my order and refund my ordered amount, so that I can re-order with with the help of customer care on phone (step by step). I apologies for this inconvenience that assured you that I will take care in future. Kindly help me, and oblige.

I made payment for colour coded sticker on 21/12/2022 and the transaction ID was communicated to me by sms, amount deducted but company says it was failed transaction. I have still not received refund. Complaints to their customer care elicit routine reply that money will be refunded within 7 working days. Here is my order.

I had applied for HSRP with Colour sticker for Maruti Suzuki-Celerio with No: OD05BF9567 Details were filled properly and the payment of Rs.735.58 was also made (Payment Id pay_KEvz00YhyNBQdd on 7th September, 2022 at 13:21:30 hours, Method UPI. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at same time. I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were also no records found.
Kindly resolve the issue for getting bill and order number, so that i will be able to fix HSRP in time.

I have applied my car high security plate bearing booking order no HRED7F7E[protected] on 20 Jul 2022 and i have paid 701 rupees for this. but my order has been cancelled and till now i have not received my amount. my car no is HR71G7212. Many times i have spoke with customer care but they could not helping me.

I applied for High security Number plate on 28 June 2022 and Car Number is HR03K7254. During payment process, Payment is deducted from my account I did payment through Google pay and but got declined by HSRPHR and no payment receipt received. But I have screen shot of Payment failed by HSRPHR and also have screenshot of online payment deducted from my Account.
Please check and Solve it as soon as possible.

And it was a successful payment of rs 253 by paytm.

This was successful but no details given after it neither i moved to receipt page

I paid ₹525 for this

What to do now?

We are having customer complaint due to delay in receiving the number plate from HSRP team.
It takes nearly two days to receive the plate after order has been placed.

I have a Maruti Celerio car HR26DU5930.
I applied for hsrp sticker online on 07 Jan 22 and got a confirmed appointment receipt for the same from Link Utsav for 12 Jan 22. Order ID STHR4C3B9FCA-7F46.
I am attaching a copy of Appointment Confirmation Receipt for your reference.
However on going to Link Utsav I was told that there are no records of my booking and appointment and asked me for time to check details. Despite my numerous calls and emails I was told by Mr Dharampal that my above booking had been cancelled and that I should book online again for a fresh appointment.
On booking online again for a fresh appointment I got a message that order for this registration already exists. Attaching screenshot for your reference.
I do not know what am I supposed to do to get my hsrp sticker. Please resolve the issue.

Hi Team,

I am writing this to you after full frustration from the Dealer of HSRPHR. I booked the no. plates for my car no. - HR26BY8032 from HSRPHR on[protected] and choose the Appointment date on[protected] at 09:00 AM-01:00 PM. I received a call from the dealer, who told me that I have to come half way for Fitment of no. plates but I was denied for that and also called the same to HSRPHR contact no. [protected]. Customer care team assured me that they are registering the complaint against the dealer and the dealer has to provide the no. plates at my location given in the form.

7 days passed from the appointment date but still I have not received the no. plates. During these 7 days I received 2-3 calls from dealers that you can come to the fitment center for installation of no. plates. But I was denied because I have selected the home delivery option.
