Let me brief you the entire story, First have booked an Audi A4 from your showroom On 11th October -2023, with a promise of getting car delivered till 20th October 2023, promise was failed, then was told car to be delivered by 23 rd. October it again got failed to deliver such, then later on 26th When car arrived at your showroom was even ready to take the car but on the same evening your Ceo Manyak Dutta writes a WhatsApp message to me we will free the car since its month end and it's for your records totally unprofessional but however i have again tried to normalize the situation without reacting to it, & tried with my bank to disburse the loan amount but unfortunately since car was delayed at the end of your dealership, My loan amount which was a pre-approved offer from HDFC was exhausted, and reason my financial condition weakend, & the pretty next day i met Mr. Mayank Duta & the sales person Mr. Anil Rathi, on a mutual note we agreed they will free the car and sell it to someone else & which they even sold it within a day, and will deduct insurance amount from my booking amount since they have paid to insurance company later which i get to know was never paid, along with this Your CEO Mr. Mayank Dutta assured me if you will buy a car from them in another fifteen, or twenty days he will see how my discount will be freeze and assured me any deducted amount will be adjusted, & later on he stops taking my calls & when i tried reaching him for buying the car on 06nov again to buy the first ignored me, and reverted the car prices is up now,

will request your intervention here in please refunding the said amount of Rs. 90000 will got deducted from your dealership on namesake of insurance wherein have tried reaching them later to buy the car as well but since their attitude no willingness to treat a customer with harmony and the attitude of selling the, this is sheer loss of trust in brand like Audi, am a Audi lover was driving pre owned Audi Ay from last 3 years this was about to me the first new Audi car for me, but since having such experience from your dealership it seems am afraid of Audi Brand now, sir will request to look into this matter

    I had bought AUDIQ3 bearing vehicle no. HR98K3731 from Moti Nagar AUDI WEST on[protected].after buying luxury and spend nearly 50 lak i have bought mental and physical harassment for me and my family Not even a week has passed and its A.C start creating problems.Dated i.e.[protected] it’s A/c stopped working and then I have to take car all over to Moti Nagar from Gurgaon. On my complaint they checked and repaired a AC wall but was not completely satisfied so they promised us to get new part. After that they finally picked up car on[protected] and returned on[protected] with all promises that everything is absolutely fine. Next day we drove the car on[protected] morning and same evening its A/c stopped working again and to show that the AC is not working I had to keep my car engine on for 2 hours the company person picked the car and there was no response from AUDI west till 16-5-23 and I had to visit the service station again from Gurgaon, over there Mr Inderjeet singh again made all the promises with Mr Amandeep who’s the Service Manager and Mr Manu Nayyar to get the A.C repaired again, but visiting again and again with the same problem.I have lost all my trust in AUDI as a Brand and there service provider.Though we purchased 2 car on same date AUDIQ3 now Iam hesitate to drive my second car also .Now with this experience it’s very difficult to trust BRAND AUDI Again.We have purchased this car seeing the goodwill of Brand in market. But It’s a blot on the brand name. we have very bad experience with AUDIQ3.
    And I also feel i have been given a defective or a used car So I can’not trust anymore and I want to exchange AUDIQ3 immediately.
    Therefore either exchange it or returned our money.

      Dear audi
      this is akshay malik writing to you first time restlessly and it very unfortunate. I am making this mail as last option on recovering my vehicle. My car registration number is hr 26 cx6400, registered on my name model is audi q3.
      In the month of mar 23 i met with an accident, and on very next day of accident i made a call to audi gurugram to recover my vehicle and representative from audi gurugram collected my vehicle with all noted faulty parts.
      Then i came to contact of mr krishna, one of the employee from audi gurugram and assured me that within a week or two i will get my car back. I made a lot of efforts calls him msg him that do the needful and please get my car back as soon as possible. He daily promised that you will get your car back. After all efforts i personally visited audi gurugram service centre for my car and i found followings suspicious activities and i personally checked my car.
      1. Right side dant on front window of the car which was not there in my car while car was sent to audi gurugram after accident. (photo enclosed)
      2. Water bottles of approx 20 ltrs was placed back side of car. (photo enclosed)
      3. Front left side dant on left side of car. (photo enclosed)

      before going to service centre yesterday i also called mr krishna whereabout and delivering of my car back. He also assured sir your car will be ready by tomorrow.
      This was my first car as an owner and you know its everybody dream to drive audi. But i am experiencing such unprofessional behaviour and disgusting attitude from your staff which is not even think bale at your end and also from customer perspective end. Every time i have been duped by giving false information of my car.
      You are requested please take this matter with your concerned staff as most urgent help me get my car fully recovered or else i am approaching to consumer court.

        I, MR. Pramod Sahadev Surve purchased AUDI Q7 having chassis number WAUZEG4M6GY000494 in the year 2016. Our RC book was delivered to old address through post mail, we contacted the authorities and were informed that we’ll receive it to our new residence address. Afterwards We tried several times to contact regarding RC book but we received no response. Till date we’ve not received our RC book and our car is not registered in Kalyan – Dombivli RTO office and we are facing problem because of that.
        We are requesting you to co-operate with us and look over this. Hope to listen from you soon.

          For the breakage of altinator belt, the Kristan Audi Service Centre claims to replace 28 other engine accessories. Does Audi built such robust cars that an altinator belt can damage the engine?
          However the company promised to provide 20-30% discount on total amount. For this smallest work, they are asking 1.5 lakh with 0% discount.
          The service guys are so abusive and taking it so personal just to fulfil their month end targets. I have to go through all the trauma by these people in my pregnancy when I needed my car the most. Had to travel in auto rickshaw for all hospital visits when bumpy road travels are strictly restricted. Kristan Service Centre are behaving so inhuman and harassing me and husband everyday.

            I am having audi a4 .. on 4th october 2022 i faced an issue regarding power steering… The advisor davinder from audi chandigarh without diagnosing my car he directly jumped to sterring rack and told me that sterring rack needs to be changed and after that he told me u need not to worry you wont face any issue… But after that they gave my car on 18 january after long communication and the bill they handed over to me was of around 12 lakhs… And recently i faced the same issue which was a shock for me because i was not using the car regularly after repairs i have hardly went some where… and recently taken this car to delhi faced again power sterring issue… then towed my car to delhi audi showroom they diagnosed my issue and told me that the issue is not at all of sterring rack … the issue is in wiring which is connected to sterring….

            Which cane out a shock to me and bursted in anger that Audi chandigarh people they just want money they don’t diagnose your problem they straight away jump to that part in which they can earn more… y the hell they changed my rack … that means they took money from insurance people and how can they give me gurantee my part was changed or not … they r thieves…. And the entire team including Pankaj all r part of this …. Completely a thief company…. They r big time scammers

                I had sent my car (Audi A4) to the service centre in Kolkata as the suspension was giving me problems.

                Firstly, it took them 6 days to just diagnose the car and tell me what the problem was. It's not the 1st time that I've sent a car and taking 6 days just to tell me what the problem with the car is absolutely unacceptable.

                Secondly, I had later asked them for a courtesy car to which the service manager committed to me saying that I'll receive the car today by 5 pm but I got a call from him right now saying that the courtesy car won't be available by 4 pm tomorrow.

                This isn't the 1st time I've faced so much trouble with the Audi service centre and it only makes me think whether I'll even consider buying an Audi again because the service has been very poor and service is as important to me as the car.

                I hope you can take some serious strict action on this.

                  I Dr Hina Zaineb has purchased Audi A4 car knowing that it is of good quality and brand & has good service though there is no show room or service centre in my city Mysore.
                  I bought the A4 car on December 2016 newly launched in that year itself from Jubilant motor works pvt ltd Bangalore South 560100. On March 25th 2022 suddenly my display started showing gearbox malfunction & gear knob was not shifting to either the driving or to the reverse mode. Hence I used paddle shifters and drew the car to Banglore which is 150 Kms from my city to leave the car for repair @ jubilant motor works Pvt ltd Bangalore South 560100 & left the car for repair on 28.03.2022. I got the estimate of repair of 2.17 Lakhs on 29.03.22 starting control unit has to be replaced which will take 8 days. I accepted for the same but to my surprise I received a call on 18.04.22 i.e after 20 days that even after replacing control unit the gear box is not adapting hence valve body has to be replaced casting to 1, 96, 758 rupees, which may take another 8 days. I accepted for this also. Again on 27.04.22 i.e after 9 days I received another call that the gear box is not adapting even to body valve & another part i.e mechatronics has to be tried. Thus from past one month trial and error is going on with my car in jubilant motor works Pvt ltd Bangalore south 560100 causing lot of inconvenience & mental & physical agony to me. The service center has no efficient people to diagnose the problem and solve the issue. Moreover if the car is being with them for so many days they neither provided any car to me to be used till it get repaired.
                  I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action into this matter either by getting it repaired or if it can’t be repaired by the company who manufactures it to replace the car.

                      I was trying to contact you on phone. unfortunately your phone is switched off or out of coverage area.
                      I Purchase Audi A3 from your Pre approved show room Pune in April 2021.
                      I am not at all satisfied with your pre approved vech. from the day one I am getting a problem in the vech.
                      Just I drived hardly 10000km in a one year. out of one year vech was in your work shop for more than two months.
                      Following work to be carried out in the vech. Your people not checked before purchasing the vech or not at time of selling the vehicle.
                      Following are the problems in the vech since from the day one.
                      01) timer belt damaged
                      02) complete suspension spoiled( Front Shocker, link rod, lower bushing, ball joint)
                      03) leakage in the water pump
                      05) oil leakage in the engine
                      06) rear axle damaged
                      07) fuel lid changed to new one
                      08) rear spoiler bracket damaged.
                      I was not accepted such loose checking at your end as a pre approved vech.
                      Your team as sent the quotation of Rs 4.00lacs for repair.
                      Hope I will get a call from you to explain in detail. How your people fooled me to buy such vech

                      Just I don't have trust on your preapproved Audi cars

                        Myself, Seethy am owning an Audi A6 with registration number HR 29AC 8595, located in Trivandrum, Kerala.
                        I have a major concern about service done by Audi Team( Trivandrum), Incident started from last year at the end Oct'21,

                        Series of sequence has listed below.
                        1. After periodic service the executive has returned the car with Broken
                        Wind Screen
                        2. I have used my insurance for screen replacement, also paid 10K for
                        consumables (To help their staff from salary cut because of this )
                        3. They took a month for replacement, But post screen replacement few
                        issues occurred
                        a) Leakage on roof (driver side first and started spreading)
                        b) Sun roof not working
                        4. Delivered the car to service centre for leak test
                        5. Service engineering said there is no leakage so I have visited to
                        confirm
                        6. I have noticed the car roof got damaged with stains, pasting material
                        and too much sagging of fabrics ( 2% sagging was there but now
                        30 to 40%). I am not convinced about leak test procedure.
                        7. I have raised a complaint about Audi service centre (Case ID -
                        08561942 and[protected]
                        8. I have taken my car back to avoid more issues.
                        9. I have noticed driver side seat belt retraction is not working.
                        10. Now the car is at my garage !!!

                        Audi is not providing any update to me even though I have made couple of calls/mails.

                          Dear sir..I bought an audi Q5 from audi Karnal on 24th Dec. The car stalled and stopped responding in hills of dehradun in mid Jan.. it came after a month on Feb 13 with changed esm...some sensors failed they said. Again it stalled in the hills at 10 pm on Feb 13. There was a toddler and women and we were in a forest area. The executives did not pick phone. We called Mr abhishek arora then people responded in audi dehradun...this is unacceptable. Please we want a refund as we cannot trust audi in our lives.

                            We purchased audi a4 car from Mohan Motos in Kolkata vide invoice dated 20.12.2016. The car was delivered to us on 30.12.2016. The registration no. of the car is WB 02AK 6291. We have taken extended warranty for 3 years and so the total warranty is for five years. Some disturbing sound was coming from the rear left side of the car from the very begining. The sound problem was never fixed inspite of our sending the car to their workshop several times. This fact can be corroborated from the numbers of email sent by us to the dealer and their workshop. For last few days the volume of the sound has increased significantly. We sent the car to Adventure Auto Car India Ltd. on 17.12.2021 for annual servicing and repairing the aforesaid sound. We were informed by their workshop person that the sound is coming from some rubber parts of the shock absorber. We were further informed that the rubber parts are not covered under warranty and for that they have sent us an estimate of Rs. 23, 822/- . We stated that the rubber parts per-se may not be covered but when the rubber parts are part of the shock absorber which is covered under warranty, its rubber parts should also be covered under warranty. They didn't agree. Moreover, the parts are not available with them. We state that the rubber parts forming part of shock absorber is covered under warranty and accordingly we should be exonerated from bearing the aforesaid cost of Rs. 23, 822/-. We are not satisfied with the quality of the aforesaid car which is having continuous disturbing sound problem. We are also not having the good experience with your dealers as either they didn't have skilled and experienced mechanic nor they were unwilling to solve the problem faced in this car. Your present dealer is also not customer friendly and we really feel harassed to own this car. You are requested to bear the aforesaid cost and repair the car at the earliest.

                              Subject - Notice for Claim of Damages caused due to Manufacturing Defect & Deficiency in Services.

                              Sir,

                              I, namely, Deepanshu Jain S/o Sanjay Jain R/o V 3, First Floor, Green Park Extension, Delhi serve you the Noticees with a notice, the contents whereof you the Noticees may be pleased to note:

                              1. That you are a leading Automobile company, manufacturing, selling and providing services all around the world, incidental thereto I am one of the genuine and respectable customer availing your services since March 2021.

                              2. That I purchased one vehicle Audi A4 40 TFSI Premium Plus bearing registration number DL 3C CT 8572 and Ch. No. WAUZMLF43MY700008 on 30th March, 2021, from your company’s authorised dealership namely Regent Garage Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office at B-1/H-1, Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi – 110044. It has been around 5 months from now and since then the automobile is causing repeated inconvenience and is not performing as per the required promised standards.

                              3. That I have periodically conveyed you phone calls/messages stating the mechanical problems which were caused to the automobile. Initially, within 4 months of purchasing the aforesaid vehicle, I reported for the “noise from steering wheel while turning to either side” and the vehicle was taken to the authorised service center. Then after a week I was assured that all issued in the aforesaid vehicle have been rectified.

                              4. Thereafter within a month the vehicle had the same issue, and I conveyed the same to the authorised service center for the issue to be rectified. Again, after a week I was told that all issues in the aforesaid vehicle have been rectified and I was assured that the faulty part has been replaced.

                              5. The vehicle within 15 days, for the third time had the same issue. The whole procedure of conveying the problem to the authorised service center and they taking away the vehicle for a week to rectify the problem but all in vain. I was assured that after changing the faulty part there would be no issue in the vehicle but even after the replacement there was no improvement witnessed in the vehicle and acknowledging the default, the authorised service center always sought time for repairing defect by giving one excuse or the other.

                              6. That since the beginning I have always been particular and regular regarding the servicing of the vehicle, but in spite of that there has been no improvement and the performance has been completely unsatisfactory due to umpteen number of problems caused from the date of purchase.

                              7. That I have made the vehicle available for periodic services, as recommended by you the company, and at each service, I got vague un-assuring and misleading replies in relation to the fault. That I have dragged from pillar to the post for problems which are not only frequent and re-occurring in nature, but also creates un-reasonable delays which results in loss of valuable time and money.

                              8. That you the company were duly informed regarding this issue and you the company instead of replacing the defected part always misguided and gave false assurances with the sole purpose of causing harm and agony as well as extracting extra money for the reason best known to you the company.

                              9. That you the company willfully denied to resolve my problem, even after the problem was duly expressly conveyed by me, umpteen number of times, you the company failed to replace the damaged part of the automobile and always misguided and gave false assurances.

                              10. That being harassed by the deficiency in the services & selling a sub-par vehicle by you the company, I herewith demand you to replace the vehicle

                              That it is pertinent to mention, that in the above facts and circumstances, I immediately call upon you to provide services and replace the automobile, failing to do the same I shall be constrained to initiate necessary legal actions against you which shall be entirely borne by you, at your risk, cost and consequences.
                              I look forward to hearing from you in this regard.

                                Dear all,

                                I met with an accident, hence my under chassis was damaged, insurance cleared on 5/5/2021 and was informed that order for replacement was placed on 6/5/2021, I was informed that the spares will normally reach in 3 weeks as the spares had to be shipped . On 25th may, lockdown was lifted in chennai and was informed that the goods have arrived in Bangalore and they will get back soon, subsequently the service engineer stopped communicating, and almost 8 weeks have gone past and their is no clarity. This is cheer negligence and deficiency in service. Not responding to my messages and not communicating to the owner of the car is appalling!! Inspite of being a lawyer, I have been extremely patient . I have complained a few days back to Audi India and there is no response to my complaint, I expect a leading car company to take pro active action and compensate for the mental agony caused

                                  I met with an accident and certain parts had to be changed, was informed that orders were placed on 6 th may and the products will arrive by 24 th may max.( lockdown has no impact on freight movement) lockdown was lifted on 25 th may in chennai, hence been following up with Audi service centre, chennai, initially was informed that that the parts have arrived at Bangalore and need a few days subsequently the service manager has stopped replying to my messages! There is total silence now. 45 days have passed and my car worth 60 lakhs is lying in the audicentre and I have no information! This is sheer negligence. Now I don’t feel like taking back the car and Audi can compensate me! I am put to a lot of damage and mental agony and Audi has to compensate. In spite of being a lawyer I have shown absolute patient but I feel wronged and hurt! I want Audi to take it up at the highest level !!

                                    Sir,
                                    I purchased an audi q3 2018 model last year in march 2019 from audi jammu. I have completed all the payment and got the sales letter and registration done. i also got insurance renewed last month. Now its been one year the company is not giving me original RC on pretext of that i have not completed the payment.
                                    Sir if i had not completed the payment how come they gave me the sales in my name and got the vehicle registered with RTO.
                                    Sir it is a humble request to take action against them
