Lis Deepasthambham Project — Deposited Rs. 45,000/-- in the year 2005

My father deposited Rs. 20, 000/- on 21/06/2005 vide Receipt no. 40811 and Rs. 25, 000/ on 28/09/2005 vide Receipt no. 90288 in the Deepasthambham project of LIS. He was told the amount will be doubled. But did not receive any amount even after lapse of 19.5 years. Please resolve the issue by refunding the deposit with 12℅ interest.
