I made investment of rs.6250/= for 10 units with lis deepasthambam project vide above receipt in on 14/07/2005 at their angamaly office.

Later i visited lis office at ernakulam and got a date for re-payment of capital amount as 15/07/2009.

Please register my complaint and return of my investment and any appreciation is sought from the authorities.

Later i visited lis office at ernakulam and got a date for re-payment of capital amount as 07/09/2011 but on revisiting the office told to wait further instruction, on 29/11/2012.

Please register my complaint and return of my investment and any appreciation is sought from the authorities.

I have deposited rs. 15000/- and rs.1250/- towards lis deepasthambam project member ship as detailed below.
1. Rs.1250/- deposited as per receipt no.137506 for one unit and joined on

2. Rs.15000/- deposited as per receipt no.231881 for 12 units and joined on 5-5-2006

I was promised by the lis authority that the amount will be refunded in double, within two years. But, when i approached the kannur office of lis, in 2008, i was informed that a case was pending against the project in certain courts and amount would be paid as and when case is over. Since then no information from them.

There fore, i request you to help me to get back the amount due to me under the bove project

This is to state that I have deposited Rs 20000( Rs 10000 in my name and Rs 10000 in my daughter's name ) with this project on 13 th february 2006 which is equivalent to a total of 16 units (8+8).The payment was done at their Trivandrum office. Even after passing 10 long years, they have neither returned me the promised amount nor even the principal amount . Request your intervention in this matter to resolve and settle the amount to me at the earliest

I had invested Rs. 50000/- in their Project i.e. DEEPASTHAMBHAM PROJECT & JYOTHIS PROJECT belonged to LIS (Regd), Palackel Court, M.G Road, Ernakulam, Kerala during 2005 & 2007. Their promise was to refund the same with Commission within 2 years. However, since they have not refunded even after my plenty of letters and E-mails, I have approached them in MAY 2012 when they had promised me to refund the same in July 2012. But regret to inform you that NOT ONLY THEY HAVE REFUNDED my Money BUT ALSO NOT ATTENDING MY PHONE CALL or REPLY to my letters.

I deposited money in deepasthambam project on 11/11/2005.till this date any money as they promised.kindly take action against them.

I have invested Rs.100000/- in Lis deepasthambham project on July 2005. As promised by them through news paper and visual medias the invested amount will be double within one year. But till now I didn't get my money back and there is no information about LIS. Please look into the matter and help us.

(Total deposited rs. 163000 / - ) i have contacted and visited their office several times. They have promised that the money will be refunded with commission soon. Till now i have not received any money. Kindly look in to this matter and take proper action against the concerned management.

But till date there is no money returned or no reply/contact from their side. Steps may please be taken to return our money as early as possible.

We, Mr.Subrahmanian and Mrs. Vanaja Subrahmanian had invested Rs.20000 (10, 000+10, 000 each) in 2005 in LIS. Whenever we asked for the refund they were replying that the amount would be refunded as soon as the case was settled. It is a pitiable thing that the people who had invested the amount were poor ones like me. Please take necessary steps to get back the money.Moreover I am not able to locate their whereabouts to contact them.At first they were in Thrissur. Then they shifted to Koorkkanchery in Thrissur District. (In the city itself). Now I do not know where they are. I have invested Rs.31, 2500 in Lis deepastambam project in March 2006 under my wife's name. As promised by their office, I should have had received the invested amount by double within two years period. But till now I haven't get paid any portion of the invested money. This is my hard-earned money and like me many poor people have lost their money in this project. As most of the victims are common people of daily wages earners and as a matter of public interest, our medias should re-look into this matter and bring this case again in government"s notice to settle the unending case in the honorable court and save us! As we are witnessing these days many financial companies are doing illegal money transactions by cheating the common people/the public are being arrested to stop such fraudulent activities and safeguard the interest of the investors/the public. I have contacted their office in Thrissur and Cochin on countless time, but all the time I got the same answer that there is no fund available to disburse and as soon as any fund is available their will return my invested amount. This has been hearing right from 2008 and it has been 8 years, still they are repeating this stupid & senseless reply to the investors. I have deposited on the above project 75000, for some time we heard there is some case is going against LIS and after that they will able sell the property and reimburse the money to the investors. But after 2 years we don't have any news the where about of the case and we don't know when we will get the money. We request the Kerala Govt to look in to this matter and force LIS to pay back investors money.

In 2005 I had invested Rs 40000 in LIS. Whenever I ask for the refund they are replying that the amount would be refunded as soon as the case was settled. As we know recently many financial companies doing illegal money transactions were arrested
to stop fraud and safe guard the interest of the investors.In lis case years o[censored]n-ending trial left the investors in hopeless situation. an investor even after seven years not in a position to get his money back.this is so cruel. so please take action. to reach in to an amicable solution to get our money back with interest...
