Non refund of money

I have deposited rs. 10000 on[protected], rs. 10000 on[protected], rs. 80000 on[protected] in deepasthambham project and rs. 40000 on[protected], rs. 23000 on[protected] in jyothis project. Against receipt nos. 29597, 46929 and 76419 in deepasthambham project and receipt nos. 18185 and 18182 in jyothis project. (Total deposited rs. 163000 / - ) i have contacted and visited their office several times. They have promised that the money will be refunded with commission soon. Till now i have not received any money. Kindly look in to this matter and take proper action against the concerned management.

i also invested about ten lakhs in deepasthambam project,
. they refunded it with commission as they promised. I reinvested it as per their request.when this project was in problem they instructed me todivret the fund into Jyothis projcect and I did so.now there is no information from their side. I dont know what to do...

I HAD PURCHASED A FUND WORTH Rs 5000 ON[protected]
AFTER THE PROJECT GOT CLASHED I REQUESTED FOR MY FUND RETURN
THEY INITIALLY TOLD ME THERE IS A WAITING PERIOD OF 1-2 YRS AS THEY ARE CLEARING THE FUNDS OF PREVIOUS DEPOSITEES.
EVEN AFTER 2011 THEY TOLD ME THERE IS A CASE GOING ON AND THEY WILL WIN THE CASE AND WILL PAY THE FUNDS IN FULL
NOW THEY HAVE NO CONTACT ADDRESS AND PHONE NO AND NOT PAID MY FUNDS BACK
IS IT LIKE THT THEY HAVE NO NEED TO CLEAR MY ACCOUNT AND CAN CLOSE THE COMPANY?
PLS HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS.

We deposited money in LIS DSP Project in Trivandrum office for their assurance of the money will be doubled. But till date there is no money returned or no reply/contact from their side. Steps may please be taken to return our money as early as possible.

lis is not refunding the members money. they always saying the the doubled amount will be refunded as promised
this is being repeated since 2006. there are many cases reported in this forum. but cant see and response from the form. is the forum can do anything for this helpless members. I have noticed that there are lot of cases resolved through this form, what is happening in the case of LIS...

I have deposited Rs.45000/-in Deepasthambham project- Kochi in 4 accounts in their Kollam branch during the year 2006 on the false promis that they would give back the money doubled within 2years. But I got nothing.This branch was closed years back. THen I contacted in their Ernakulam branch several times aand was told that the money would be given bacck immeadetely after the case was ended. Now for the last few weeks whenever I contact them...

I have deposited Rs 25000/- in the Lis Deepasthambham Project during 2005. I had applied for refund of the amount deposited But no reply received so far. Whenever I contacted their office at Ernakulam they speak of the High Court order and could not ensure refund of the deposited money.

We, Mr.Subrahmanian and Mrs. Vanaja Subrahmanian had invested Rs.20000 (10, 000+10, 000 each) in 2005 in LIS. Whenever we asked for the refund they were replying that the amount would be refunded as soon as the case was settled. It is a pitiable thing that the people who had invested the amount were poor ones like me. Please take necessary steps to get back the money.Moreover I am not able to locate their whereabouts to contact them.At first they were in Thrissur. Then they shifted to Koorkkanchery in Thrissur District. (In the city itself). Now I do not know where they are.

As promised by their office, I should have had received the invested amount by double within two years period. But till now I haven't get paid any portion of the invested money. I have deposited on the above project 75000, for some time we heard there is some case is going against LIS and after that they will able sell the property and reimburse the money to the investors. But after 2 years we don't have any news the where about of the case and we don't know when we will get the money. We request the Kerala Govt to look in to this matter and force LIS to pay back investors money.

I have invested Rs.48,000 in Lis deepastambam project in 2005. As promised by them i have to get my money in double with in two years.. But till now they didn't pay the money back.. Like me many have lost their money.. as a matter of public interest our medias should look into the matter and bring this case in government"s notice to settle the unending case in honorable court.
As we know recently many financial companies doing illegal money transactions were arrested
to stop fraud and safe guard the interest of the investors.In lis case years o[censored]n-ending trial left the investors in hopeless situation. an investor even after seven years not in a position to get his money back.this is so cruel. so please take action. to reach in to an amicable solution to get our money back with interest... Iam submitiing this complaint for the interest of all investors..

I am also a victim of the false promis of the Deepasthambham -Kochi. I invested nearly about half a lakh in four accounts in their Kollam branch during the year 2006, on the promis that they would give back the money doubled within two years. But I got nothing. This branch was closed years back Then I contacted their Ernakulam branch office several times and was told all those times that the money would be given back with interest immediately after the case was ended. Now for the last few weeks whenever I contact them there is no reply. Now I think this office also is on tthe verge clossing. Now I don`t know what to do, where to contact. I am also ready to join anybody to move together to get back our money with interest.
