Came through for me, and I received all my money back...

My father deposited Rs. 20, 000/- on 21/06/2005 vide Receipt no. 40811 and Rs. 25, 000/ on 28/09/2005 vide Receipt no. 90288 in the Deepasthambham project of LIS. He was told the amount will be doubled. But did not receive any amount even after lapse of 19.5 years. Please resolve the issue by refunding the deposit with 12℅ interest....

Deposited Rs. 30, 000/- in April 2007 from Pathanamthitta branch. Don't know how to get the amount refunded or who to contact.

Amount deposited Rs. 12500 on 22/02/2006. By cash at above company branch Lis Deepasthambham Project, A.O.Palackal Court, Near Shenoy's, MG Road, Cochin, Kerala. Pin 682035.

Me and my wife both joined LIS DEEPASTHAMBHAM PROJECT in 06/07/2005 and 24/06/2005. We both didnt received any sort of money from this. We need to get 24% yearly interest from this. 70, 000 and 50, 000 was the amount.

M/s LIS(Regd.) Reg. No. 1741/2002 acknowledge the receipt of cash six hundred and twenty five is deposited on 06-07-05. Within one year the office was closed and I can't follow up the details of refund the amount. Now I checked the internet about the company and I found all of them registered the complaint in consumer. So I find out the bill and the receipt of the money deposited and attached the photos for your reference.

My mother had invested about 13, 70, 000/- in 2005 vide Receipt No: 49011 and 110880 in year 2005.
Even after several attempts the settlement office is saying that the property could not be sold.
It is really disappointing and my mother is in dire need of money as for health issues.

If they cannot sell property why don't a few o[censored]s join together and get it settled for our cash.

I have been following up every 2 months and I get same answer taht it will be refunded when fund comes

I have taken two LIS Deepasthambham project membership one in my name
and other in my wife name having receipt number 222291 and 222306 respectively on 25/04/2006 for Rs 2500/- each.

I have not received any amount till date as they mentioned in their membership certificate.

I have contacted the admin office over phone many times for discussing the above issue and no response received from their side.

Dear Sir,
I had invested Rs. 1, 00, 000 on 28.05.2007 in LIS DEEPASTHAMBHAM PROJECT / JYOTHIS PROJECT. Whenever I requested for the refund they are replying that the amount would be refunded soon. Till now I have not received any money. Kindly look into this matter and please help in refunding our hard earned money. Please help resolve our case. I can furnish the payment receipts if needed.

There are a lots of complaints registered here about LISS Deepasthambham .
This is high time to try for an early settlement. 15 years to not a short period.
Consumer complaints should take an initiative for an amicable solution.

They haven't returned my deposit of 7500 INR. Which I deposited on 2005.

Kerala seems to be an ideal state for ponzi schemes. More than 14 years have passed since LIS was closed and some people are enjoying the the crores of rupees collected. Why the money is not being returned to the hapless investors.
No government is interested in the problems of the investors, many of them must have died without seeing their hard-earned money.

On 25/01/06 i invested Rs 15000 with LIS DEEPASTHAMBHAM. After knowing this Co. is fraud, Many times approached to them but not received the amount until now. Pls. help me to get my money. The MD of LIS is a fraud since he denied to pay the amt. when i called his mobile. This cheat must be caught and punished at the earliest.
Many people have lost their money and the MD P. V. Chacko is still living happy under the shade of the corrupted politicians and officials. Common man is helpless.

I have deposited a sum of rs. 100000.00 (Rs. One lakh only) on 13th june 2005 and rs. 300000.00 (Three lakhs only) on 30th november 2005 as membership fee of their lis - deepasthambham project. They offered that they would returned back a double amount within a period of one year. But still now they didn't give any amount. Please take action against them and help me to get this amount in my helpless condition.

I approached at cochin palackal court office on 8.8.2008 for refund. Several time i contacted by phone[protected] but no favourable reply.

I made an investment of rs.50, 000/= for 40 units with lis deepasthambam project vide vide cheque no. 020792 of sbt, edayirickappuzha on 17 jan 2006.

Later, on 23rd may 2007, these investments were converted in to two investment certificates of rs. 25000 & rs 26000/- as two separate investments with maturity on 15 april 2009. My follow up over phone and letters are not fetching any results.

Please register my complaint and return of my investment and any appreciation is sought from the authorities.

Till today i received only rs 2000/- on 01/02/2012
Rest rs 58000/- not refunded even more than 11 years had elapsed till today.
This is pure cheating company. Several times i approched kochi office of lis at palakkal court, but they are not giving me any assurance of returning the money.

Later i visited lis office at ernakulam and got a date for re-payment of capital amount as 07/09/2011 but on revisiting the office told to wait further instruction, on 29/11/2012.

I have deposited rs. 15000/- and rs.1250/- towards lis deepasthambam project member ship as detailed below.
1. Rs.1250/- deposited as per receipt no.137506 for one unit and joined on

2. Rs.15000/- deposited as per receipt no.231881 for 12 units and joined on 5-5-2006

I was promised by the lis authority that the amount will be refunded in double, within two years. But, when i approached the kannur office of lis, in 2008, i was informed that a case was pending against the project in certain courts and amount would be paid as and when case is over. Since then no information from them.

There fore, i request you to help me to get back the amount due to me under the bove project

This is to state that I have deposited Rs 20000( Rs 10000 in my name and Rs 10000 in my daughter's name ) with this project on 13 th february 2006 which is equivalent to a total of 16 units (8+8).The payment was done at their Trivandrum office. Even after passing 10 long years, they have neither returned me the promised amount nor even the principal amount . Request your intervention in this matter to resolve and settle the amount to me at the earliest

I had invested Rs. 50000/- in their Project i.e. DEEPASTHAMBHAM PROJECT & JYOTHIS PROJECT belonged to LIS (Regd), Palackel Court, M.G Road, Ernakulam, Kerala during 2005 & 2007. Their promise was to refund the same with Commission within 2 years. However, since they have not refunded even after my plenty of letters and E-mails, I have approached them in MAY 2012 when they had promised me to refund the same in July 2012. But regret to inform you that NOT ONLY THEY HAVE REFUNDED my Money BUT ALSO NOT ATTENDING MY PHONE CALL or REPLY to my letters.

I deposited money in deepasthambam project on 11/11/2005.till this date any money as they promised.kindly take action against them.

I have invested Rs.100000/- in Lis deepasthambham project on July 2005. As promised by them through news paper and visual medias the invested amount will be double within one year. But till now I didn't get my money back and there is no information about LIS. Please look into the matter and help us.
