Lis Deepasthambham Project — No refund till date

I deposited under deepasatmbham project as follows
1. Rs 1000/- 0n 16/03/2006
2. Rs 50000/- 0n 30/03/2006

Till today i received only rs 2000/- on 01/02/2012
Rest rs 58000/- not refunded even more than 11 years had elapsed till today.
This is pure cheating company. Several times i approched kochi office of lis at palakkal court, but they are not giving me any assurance of returning the money.
