LittleApp — charged twice

Respected sir/madam,

This is to hereby inform you that i had purchased 4 coupons from your app for pirates of grill, ludhiana. One coupon each for rs.578/- that had unlimited mocktails. And i was very surprised and shocked to see that i got 4 coupons and i was charged for 8 coupons. The total you deducted from my account is rs.2290+rs.2340= rs. 4630. And gave me the coupons of rs. 2290.
Moreover, i had lodged the complaints through your little app and all in vain and nothing serious was taken by you. You customer care numbers are also not valid.
For your knowledge,
I purchased that coupons on 31st jan, 2019 and paid you the full amount through my debit card. Pictures of my bank account and 4 coupons i recieved are attached for your knowledge and kind reference.
I request you to kindly refund me back my money (The money you have charged unnceceasarily or looted from me) or otherwise with the help of this email i will knock the doors of consumer court to teach you hummanity and forget professionalism.
