LittleApp — refund not received even after 15 days | |||
I had purchased deal for dinner which was expiring on 31st Dec 2018. I went for dinner on 24th Dec but a merchant denied to honour the deal saying that the deal is not valid from 24th to 31st due to Christmas days. I surprised that if such is a case then why the deal expiry date was not 23rd dec? was it to fool customers with long period expiry offers? I requested for refund on 24th dec itself but the refund has not been received even after 15 days till now. The Company promises on app to refund in 4-5 days and promises to refund in 48 hours on website. Little app seems cheater Company. There is no customer care number or Customer care eMail address available within app oe on website or even not searchable through google. The old number and eMail ID are not working. I tried but number nor working and eMails bounced. even after trying hard to search on google and other ways on internet, the customer care number or eMail ID was not found. The Company is hiding its identity and allows customers to transact for help or complain through app or website only. it is also one way transaction. you can communicate but company will answer only which it likes. Doesn't this reflect malafied intention of Company? It is shamful for the Company that it fails to keep trust of customers who are buying pre-paid deals just putting trust on the Company. I purchased an order of 349/- but i wanted to cancel it later So i requested a refund .It expires in 30 days but yet i haven't been refunded as promised.
