LittleApp — big bazaar gift coupon problem

I bought a big bazaar gift card from little on the 21st of july. Now when i want to redeem it the order listing in my account is showing it as expired (Within 10 days of purchase).
I tried reaching them on the phone and email but looks like none is workiing.
I am attaching alongwith the screen shot of my order wherein it is showing expired at the top and the validity is mentioned a 31st august in the text.
To reiterate once again the gift card was purchased very very recently 21st of july 2019
