LittleApp — I had a big bazaar coupon, it shows it is been redeemed while I didnt use it

Date of incident: 17 Feb 2019
Resolution wanted: Where was my coupon used and what was the transaction number.
I had a big bazaar coupon which i got from little app.
When i went to big bazaar they said the coupon is already redeemed and asked me to get in touch with little.
I am trying to get in touch with little app but haven't got details about the where the coupon was used.
