Dear team,

Please note that i had bought a voucher worth rs 2000 of big bazaar on 31.12.18 on my registered no. ([protected]) from little app.
The voucher code is - [protected]
Pin - 390052

I had clicked show coupon code on 14.2.19 at approx 8 pm when i was at big bazaar at the bill counter. When i gave the coupon code to the cashier he told that the voucher had already been redeemed though i had clicked show coupon code only a minute ago.
Ultimately, my coupon code is invalid so i would like to request you to please issue genuine coupon code or refund my money. I have tried reaching to you customer service numerous number of times but got no reply.
