LittleApp — no service received for the money sent

I ordered a coupon of salon paying 499 via paytm to little app but there was no coupon generated or provided to me neither there was any confirmation from the little app. I raised 4 to 5 complaints regarding this issue but i did not get even a single message from the company. There is no customer care number too. I have attached the screenshot of payment made through paytm please help me out
