I have been facing a highly frustrating and unprofessional experience with your rental RO service. I installed a rental RO unit and used it for 12 months. Since I live in a rented apartment and need to vacate my flat on March 31, 2025, I raised a cancellation request on March 22, 2025, well before my recharge ended.
I was informed by your customer care that I would receive a confirmation call within 48 hours and that the machine pickup would be scheduled within 7 days. However, despite waiting for three days and following up multiple times, I have not received any confirmation or action from your team. Every time I call, I am given the same excuse—that I will receive a callback in the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, I have received numerous calls from various companies in the last 4–5 days, but not a single one from Livepure.
Even worse, your team falsely claims that they tried calling me and that I did not respond—this is a blatant lie. I have been continuously available and actively following up, yet there has been zero effort from your side to resolve this matter.
This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with Livepure. In the past, after multiple follow-ups, your team failed to pick up my previous machine. I had to leave the rented flat, and only a month later did your team suddenly start calling me for pickup. I still haven’t received my security deposit, even after 1.5 years.
Now, I am experiencing the same harassment again. Your lack of response makes it clear that you deliberately delay pickups and refunds to cheat customers. This is unacceptable and fraudulent behavior.
I demand the following immediate actions:
1. Confirm the cancellation and schedule the machine pickup immediately.
2. Ensure that the pickup is completed before March 31, 2025, as I will vacate my flat.
3. Refund my security deposit for both the current and previous rental units without further delay.
If my issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter legally. I am fully prepared to:
• File an official complaint with the Consumer Court (Consumer Forum) for deficiency in service, fraud, and harassment.
• Lodge an FIR at the police station for your company’s unethical and fraudulent practices.
• Expose your tactics on social media and consumer grievance forums to ensure no other customer falls into this trap.
I expect a prompt response and resolution. Failure to act will result in serious legal consequences.
@Livepure, take your machine back and return my deposit NOW.
