Livguard — Not provide better service. Give damage battery and customer service not clear my issue after so many attempts

I purchased livguard it 1672 tt battery from flipkart. In August 202.battery full warranty is 42 months. But only after one month o[censored]ses battery not given up backup. I complain so many times to customer care. They not taken strict action. Enginner visit after 4 days and said battery ok. But again I complain. Till now customer care not replace my battery and enginneer not solve problem. Very rude behave
