I would like to inform you that I have purchased my Kent RO AMC for 2.5yrs which valid from 8th Oct, 2016 to 7th Apr, 2019. My RO has not been functional for last three months and after given many request to your helpline [protected]. I am sharing my list of issues again:

1. Shared Livsafesolutions is Authorized Kent R.O. Service Center which is wrong.

2. Replaced RO parts is not Original KENT Parts. Used different brand/local.

3. Local membrane fitted and not ready to replace with Original and even that membrane not functional.

4. Customer Care: Poor quality of customer care service and shared wrong information to customer engineer reach you in 30 min but they are not.

5. Service Engineer: After many request service engineer came but not carry any equipment to major Water TDS, extra pump even complain especially for RO pump not working.

6. No Emergency Service: Even motor problem or water not flow, engineer came after 2-3 days after many request.

I would like to request you please return my AMC. Attached Contract Receipt for your reference.
