I would like inform to you that as on 22 april 2017, my kent water purifier machine was not working properly hence i search kent customer care number on the google and found the mobile number [protected] which is registered in the name of kent customer service, then i called on this number and lock the complaint & requested to send the engineer from kent ro at my residence to check and repair the my water purifier. After 1 or 1 and half hour one person reach to my house & represented himself as kent engineer and replace the three filter of my machine then he forced & conveyance me to take the amc as well and taken rs 6500/- cash from me, but same day 5 pm i come to know that the person who has visited to my house was not from kent. I again taken the kent customer care number from somewhere els and talk to them.. They said they have not send any such person to my house also they will not take or give any warranty or guaranty of my machine as i have purchased and install the filter / part from outsider, when i discuss the matter with them they assured me that they will return my money but now they are not picking my phone call Was this information helpful? | |||||

Last May (2017) we had taken an AMC from a purported Kent RO Authorised service provider - Livsafe H2O Solutions, 3/133, Lalita park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 for our Kent RO for which we were charged Rs 7, 800/-.
As part of the AMC, Livsafe H2O Solutions had changed our RO's membrane, however, they replaced an original Kent membrane with a fake, local membrane without our consent or even informing us, despite charging us the whole amount. In fact, they charged us more than what Kent would have charged.
As part of the AMC, they were supposed to service the RO every quarter which was done only once and never again. Later on, for a minor fault, they refused to take any action and even stopped responding to calls.
Livsafe H2O Solutions are total frauds and are to be avoided like the plague. The owner Gaurav Singh, and his staff who attend calls are equally rude and evasive.
Over two months we were told thrice that someone would be sent, a time set but no one would come. On enquiring they would give excuses and set a new time. The third time when we asked for a refund, they refused saying that they have not denied services, but no one has come till date.
Later we found that the genuine Kent company service is much better, more responsive and cheaper.
