I clearly called it out 100 times. There is no change in scope or requirement. I have submitted my requirement document with clear dimensions. Attached requirement document for your reference. If in your system you have any single quote with attached requirement and dimension, please let me know.
My response inline:
Customer escalated on very straightforward and deliberate additions in scope post booking.
Customer response: There is no scope change in my requirement and attached document for your reference. Infact I have highlighted missed requirement in quote. Attached communication from my side on missed requirement. There was no single question asked by team on my requirement. If my requirements were clear and straightforward why there was miss in quote. On 28 Oct I have share attached requirement with Livespace. During my visit at Livespace office on 31st It was confirmed that there will change in quotes on to actual after site measurement. I have received tentative quote so that I can use Diwali offer and book the scheme https://links.livspace.com/9qeg. Again it is quote and not agreement. Due to Diwali holiday designer Mr Siddharth requested to resume project on 9th and site visit was scheduled and completed. After site visit completed on 13 Nov my 1st design meeting completed. During design meeting we identified lot of gaps between original quotes and requirements. We corrected those. Due to system issue Mr Siddhartha were not able to finalized estimates and quotes and we agreed to meet on 15 for finalized quotes. Second quote still dosnt have my all requirement which we adjusted assuming that it is over budgetting. Link for for reference. During discussion we found that estimate is getting over budgeted and I was assured that during site validation it will change further.
Customer was made aware of the increase that would come up with fair idea of costing.
Customer response: I was working with team to come with tentative costing for my requirements as specified in document. We identified that team has missed so many requirement(s). Cost assumptions were made aware only after second meeting where we compromised on so many facts. I was suggested to use MDF over plywood use specific type of sunmica over other etc. I think it was just to keep cost low. Obviously after doing some google found that these are cheap quality material and my not provide u full service.
Cx was offered an increase in discounts from 25% to 30% to pacify him, he didn't agree. Stating that he expected 10-15% increase max, but not 40-50% which happened.
Customer response: 30% Discount is offered with special conditions by canceling another offer which is chimney and hub. I kept on repeating on every design meeting your cost is going way high than planned and may not fit in our budget.
10-15% increase is the standard increase expected based on dimensions, that sales team gives as disclaimer, along with this fact that a scope increase will effect a greater increase as in this case, base value of proj itself is low at 2.5L about- and additional work of 1L+ was added.
Customer response: It was not scope change it is missed requirement from Livespace team and poor handling of job as team was incapable o[censored]nderstanding of requirement scope. Livespace should train team to understand customer requirement of read design document carefully. I requested for elephant but Livespace team sold me buffellow with some artificial trunk. It is absulitelly not acceptable.
The aforesaid point is a basic fact in the industry understood by all, and it is believed Mr Mahesh did also, but he has been unreasonable on this point and not in agreement. He raised a public escalation, where we replied on same lines.
Customer response: Thanks for suggestion as of today I was not planning for any public escalation. If I have to choose a path I will.
Customer is adamant on full refund having no legit ground to claim it.
Customer response: I need full refund as it was proper trap by Livespace team. I had several call with all team members and authorities including CEO of company is now copied on email.
There cannot be a refund as per our policy and even in keeping with all the points above..
Customer response: I need full refund as project was intentionally delayed and kept on hold by Livespace team.
