We have paid advance of Rs. 25000.00 for interior work and were promised that the entire amount would be refunded immediately on cancellation, its more than a month and still the refund is not processed....

I hired Livspace for my interiors on Dec 17th while handing over the booking amount (25000/- and 10000/- = 35k in total). The initial scope of work was the bedroom wardrooms, modular kitchen, washing utility area, and a bar unit for my drawing room.
They did not visit the site for the actual measurements in the next 10 days. Once they visited, the estimates shot up by 30-40 % quoting that the custom modular kitchen is going to cost...

After visiting on 25th December and checking all products and design items, they insisted us to pay booking amount 50 thousand rupees as it will be refunded within 48hrs told by them

designing would be taken care by time and we don't have to spend much time on all the interior details.

We missed to read the negative feedback and that is where we got prey to this bogus so called interior

1. Overcharged to the customer, it's not been mentioned to early evaluation for e.g trims, shifting of electrical points
2. Incorrect design till as provided at the start of the project which caused to added overcharge to the customer..
3. Items that we added included proper evaluations.
4. Poor ground-level support from the Operational lead, the customer is directly involved with a vendor just because of lack of support.br...

This complain is regarding unprofessional behaviour of Designer Bhavishay Narang . He took advance, he was handling my site personally without company knowing . He started being friendly, making close contact and even did wrong touch . When i raised this issue, company ignored that . His company ( Ahmedabad Livspace) is supporting him . Their entire price of all the appliances and furniture are almost double from the available market price even if you are planning to buy any appliances from livespace for particular brand line Glen, Feber Atomberg, please compare the price with these company home page, you will see significant difference on the price quoted by livespace and the company site. I had paid Rs 50000 Token Money to Livspace Mumbai Kurla Branch & they said that this amount is refundable if deal is cancelled. Same was communicated by mail too. Live space are cheats and should be awarded king of frauds. very eager to take money from you but do not deliver product . they took the advance by making person sit in home till 9:30pm . and now suddenly I receive an email saying your project is on hold . no on responds . nothing u only have rely on their mood .

I went to Livspace for my flat interiors. Livspace martketing guy talks very sweetly to take the order. I had been having multiple issues with Livspace from the moment I booked them for interior design.

1. They keep changing the designer and every time you have to go through the scratch with the designer. This they do to create a confusion within the customer...

Livspace team asked us to pay 25k INR to commence our home interiors project. However, they failed to meet our design expectations and response was really pathetic from their end . Due to multiple designer changed, my project got delayed and output was not that we expected. So finally we decided to ask them for refund but now they say to buy anything of that budget. They have overpriced listed products and also the catalog has very limited...

Livspace replaced tiles in bathroom and its not even three months, there is a water leakage in to the walls. Very very bad service. They are not responding to calls or emails. Local technicians are better....

The quality of work performed by Livspace employees is far from the quality of even public toilets. All deadlines have long expired 3 times. Our requirements to correct the mistakes is not fulfilled. Their reputation should be at stake all of the India. A lot of talks and meetings and zero work is the MOTO of Livspace.
