Greetings of the day!

I had made service request 2 times before as well in last 2 weeks, but sadly I did not got my Llyod Air conditioner service done yet.

Couple of times team from bhubaneswar just contacted me but service was never done yet.
After a week one of the team member told in the morning and introduced himself as the manager, never told his name. His mobile number is +[protected]. He promised me to get it done on Thursday/13.08.2021.

On the Thursday morning when I have called him, he told that he is on his way to me. Then till evening he has not answered my calls, later I have called him again. He told that he will call me but never call me back again. I have attached call details and WhatsApp message for your reference.

I have told the entire story to let you get informed, how Bhubaneswar Llyod service team is providing service.

1. I have purchased Llyod air conditioner thought of getting good service, never got yet.
2. By getting this service I will never buy any Llyod product again in my life. Because me as a customer lost faith on company service.
3. I will never recommend anyone to buy Llyod Air conditioner or any product in future, as your company is not providing service.
4. You have lost my loyalty, future business from and future business through mouth to mouth marketing instead your competitors will get that business.

Your company is not providing service after repeatedly requests.

This is the 3rd time I am requesting:-
1.Kindly send a technician as water is dripping continuously from the air conditioner.
2. Air conditioner needs deep wet cleaning
3. Drainage pipe got blocked, need to be changed
4. Both of Insulation pipe was damaged need to be replaced.

Kindly consider it as my Urgent request.

    Sir/mam,
    I had purchased Lloyd android 56” tv from a dealer Jaynath associates from kolhapur. Since 2.5 mths i m facing bad problems of tv..two times I got board changed due to problems..now since 3 weeks there’s prob in remote so tv is not working..I am very much disappointed by the quality o[censored]r tv.. just think without tv we have no entertainment..due to covid we can’t go outside..we are really fed up of this tv. Please c to that either I get a tv changed...not atall happy with the tv.

      I bought a Tv in 2017 having five years warranty. Now the display of the TV is almost faded and registered a complaint on 2 August 2021 through the dealer Appa sons Vadakara, Kerala. After that a technician visited at our house and admitted the fault and gave the assurance that company will provide a new TV. Even after the two weeks of the compaint, no further response has been recieved regarding the replacement of TV. So demanding an immediate action.

        To whomsoever it may concern,

        Dear sir/madam
        I am writing today to complaint about The poor service I received from your company
        My name is Mariyam Sayyed and my brother gave me lloyd Air conditioner one year ago as wedding gift. He bought that AC from Reliance Showroom from nalasopara and it was installed in taximen colony kurla west. AC was bought under the name Babu Badri Katta registered mobile number [protected] code of service request ID [protected] we first complaint about AC on 20th June we got a call from technician named Imtiyaz he was well behaved . He told us that it will take 8 day for AC to be taken for service. Then he came after 10 days to take AC. He told us that it will take more 3 to 4 days to get it repaired.
        Unfortunately building caught fire and we had to stop AC delivery for a until every was settled here it took a while for building to get repaired as fire caused massive short circuit.
        After everything was settled I called this person name Shaukat Ali who's number I got from Imtiyaz (the technician) on date 23 July he said that he will deliver our repaired AC he said that he will deliver AC on very next day around 11:00 am but AC was not delivered then we called him again for delivery and he replied that he forgot about our delivery so he will now deliver AC on Monday. Today we called him again and he said that today it will come in the evening around 5 to 6 pm still AC was not delivered we try to connect him again and again but he didn't receive our call after trying for more the 10 to 15 time he finally received my call and when we asked about AC not being delivered yet he started arguing with my husband and said that it's our fault that we stop delivery because of fire and now we are in no position to ask a timely delivery. He then cut the phone and didn't even mention when he will deliver our AC.
        We were very disappointed with him and told him that we will complaint to higher authority for which he replied go ahead and do so.
        Kindly look into the matter and take some action against this person since with such services we won't further going ahead with the brand in case of future purchases.

          Dear sir
          i don't want any new tv please fix my old tv. Because i don't have 21998 to pay for new tv.And it can't be acceptable that with in 2 year spare for my old tv is not available.
          And if then also spare for my old tv is not available then please refund the extra amount to us.It more than 2 months but i didn't get any solution. I repeatedly call tapas rakhit but he didn't receive my call.
          Please repair my old tv or else i need to make a consumer form case.So please solve my problem.

            I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience I had at one of your service centres in Kollam, Kerala (signal electronics) with complaint number [protected].I have registered a service request to repair my A/C in four months back as my A/C's PCB got damaged and yet they haven't solved the issues and a month back one of your technician came with a new PCB but unfortunately the PCB they ordered of wrong which doesn't fit in my A/C and he requested the service centre to order a new one.Today[protected] called one of your service executives and asked about the order details and that said that complaint has been cancelled by your service centre on purpose without solving the issues.
            It is appalling to witness the employee (signal electronics) of such a respected company behave in such a manner.I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be aware of your employee's actions.

            I trust that this is not the right way (signal electronics via HAVELLSpvt) does business and that you will mention my concern with the service manager of signal electronics (phone:[protected]) about the incident.I am open to discussing the matter further and should hope you will respond with a solution to prevent this issue to handled through legally at the CONSUMER RIGHT COURT against your firm as customer misbehaving which I have been discussing with my attorney with further NO RESPOND to this mail.

              I want to log my complaint as everyday in the night we are facing a problem that white color feather mosquitos come through the AC in our room... and we are very frustrated about this.. its been only a month that we purchase a new AC over Ogeneral.
              Earlier we have o general AC in our room but in last so many years we have not been through this issue...
              Kindly look in to d matter nd solve my problem. Else my request is to take your AC back we dont need it anymore...

                  I have bought my Ac 1 year ago.. And it showed P3 on the display, the mechanic said that gas needs to be filled, so I did the same but after some months again the same thing is happened, My Ac is again showing P3.I suggest everyone not to buy this company as this is really a bad company.It is really bad.nothing has been done till now after the complain also..The gas was leaked by the mechanic himself.And it was their trick to make money.

                    I bought a LLOYD smart tv in jan 2021, just completed 6 months and we have an incident where it’s screen got cracked from inside.
                    Is that our Indian company like you would serve these type of qualities where a 3 months baby was able to break it from inside just putting her hands on it?
                    I am strongly dissatisfied with your asset, kindly either return my expense on it or replace this asset.

                      It is very unfortunate to write that inspite of many complains registered for faulty AC installation since one year none of the technicians has ever rectified this issue.The resultant is continuous seepage of water in the walls and formation of droplets on the pipe.The AC is cooling less now.If the issue is not rectified immediately i will have to go to the higher authority for grievance redressal including consumer forum.
                      Request for immediate action to resolve the issue free of charge.

                                I shikha pal on the behalf of my father Mr. Dhruv raj writing this complaint as we taken a service from you for AC repair which cost me approx 4500 including gas refilling and coating and other service but the gas got leaked after a weak, service man came again 2nd time and refill the gas and also repair leakage (did coating) as he found which he was unable to find in previous service and he said that now your AC is perfect there will be no further problem but after a weak i face the same problem that gas got leaked now the service man is saying that you have to pay 6000 for the part which got fully damaged internally . Now my concern is what happened to my money which i paid to you (4500) is that all waste as there is warranty of gas also as per the warranty scheme there is 5 year warranty on components because i bought the AC on 1 march, 2018 .

                                kindly contact me as soon as possible. As it's very urgent

                                    I made a complaint almost 2 months ago for not cooling my split AC 1.5 ton, then yours company send a person name vikas who ask me to refill the gas and I permitted him to do the same, but now just after 2 months AC is not cooling again, n when I Call him he tells me that the mechanic has suffering from corona n no one is able to come yet we have a bed sore patient n we need Urgent service...plss do something
