I trust this message finds you in good health. I am writing to convey my profound dissatisfaction and frustration with the customer support services offered by V-Guard, particularly concerning the purchase and subsequent issues with a V-Guard Divino 5 Star Rated 25 Litre Storage Water Heater.

On November 1, 2023, I procured the aforementioned water heater through Amazon, receiving it promptly on November 8. Subsequently, I incurred an expense of Rs 600 for the installation service provided by the V-Guard team, facilitated by V-Brothers Enterprises - Service Center Phone No.: [protected].

Initially, the installation appeared successful, and the water heater functioned seamlessly for the first two days. However, on the third day, the unit malfunctioned, causing considerable inconvenience and distress. The issue was that while the geyser displayed signs of electricity reaching it, no hot water was flowing from the taps. There was no way to verify if the geyser was even operational. Despite my attempts to troubleshoot using customer-listed methods, the problem persisted. Attempts to seek customer support from V-Guard that day were also unsuccessful.

Due to health concerns and the festive Diwali period, I was unable to reach Amazon or V-Guard's technical support immediately. Finally, on November 14, I contacted Amazon, who connected me with a V-Guard representative. I was assured that a technician would promptly inspect the issue, with the following details:

Unfortunately, despite waiting for the advised 48 hours, no technician contacted me. Efforts to reach the service center were in vain, and matters worsened when, on the same day, I received a text erroneously stating that the service was marked as resolved with a 5-star review – a review I never provided. No one even contacted or visited me. I was baffled.

Numerous attempts to contact customer care through calls and emails yielded no response. Frustrated and left without a solution, I approached Amazon on November 16, who, in turn, connected me once again with V-Guard. A new service request was generated:

Once again, my efforts to contact the service center proved fruitless, leaving me with a sense of helplessness. At this juncture, I no longer wished to be associated with the brand and merely sought the removal of the water heater from my premises.

Despite continued attempts to secure a resolution, no one from V-Guard responded. My frustration peaked on November 17 (the final day of my return window), when, with Amazon's assistance, I arranged for the return of the product. However, the absence of an inspection raised concerns about uninstallation.

Over the past 10 days, my peace of mind has been severely disrupted, and the stress and inconvenience caused have been immeasurable. Amazon ultimately resolved the issue, not V-Guard, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the brand's customer care.

I am seeking compensation for the time spent grappling with this issue and the installation charges.

As of now, the product remains with me, with the Amazon team scheduled to pick it up on November 19. I earnestly hope that this geyser ordeal concludes for good.
Attached are photos, invoices, and screenshots of communications and service requests for your reference. I sincerely appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and anticipate a swift resolution.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to report a serious issue with a recently purchased V-Guard Refrigerator Stabilizer (V-Guard VGSD 50) purchased on 12 Aug 2023 via online Amazon . Sold by V-Guard Industries Limited. Its been just 2 months since we purchased this stabilizer.
    The stabilizer malfunctioned and caused a fire on 16 Oct 2023. This incident resulted in substantial damage to my refrigerator (Company Haier, Model No.HRB-2764/2018).
    This caused life threatening situation at our home.

    I have attached photos of the burnt stabilizer and the damaged refrigerator for your reference.
    I am seeking compensation for the replacement of my refrigerator, as well as associated expenses.

    Please investigate this matter promptly and provide a fair compensation offer. I expect a response within a reasonable timeframe to resolve this issue amicably.

      I purchased vguard water heater on 03.09.2023 Mayuri home appliances Kottayam .03.09.2023 book installation request. But the installation still pending. Very bad experience from vguard Kottayam service. I complaint many times but no solution.[protected] Service request number SR 1-[protected] and again Complaint on 05.9.2023 number 1-[protected]. I call customer care toll free number the care executive tell me in your site status not contact customer. Vguard technician very simple technic customer not attending the call. Very bad Service from Kottayam service.

        I am writing this to you, with great dissatisfaction and anger that one of your best selling product VWI 400 stabilizer that I am using for the 1.5 ton AC has caught fire in the middle of the night I don't know what to do suddenly and then I go to switch off main board it's really very scary what if I slept at time means I will die why is this happening

          I am not able to register a complaint on https://www.vguard.in/home/register-complaint. Email sent to you are bounching back. Not sure on the reason here. Please let me know I can attach the mail also.

          I have a problem with the stabilizer green light not getting one. I believe that this is not a major problem. I had taken this to your dealer J B electric to inform them of the problem faced but to my surprise they are not ready to listen to it. Not sure, what are the directives given to them from your end.

          I had called customer care and received a non responsive number to my phone calls and sms.

          I would like to know from the subject the serial number that is not covered under the warranty. If not, what are the charges that I need to pay to have it repaired from your end.

          Hope to at least receive a clear response from your end in this matter.

            During service the the vguard authorised service centre Hardwar completely damaged the product. Hided the non working of product. Cheated by overcharging repair cost as company provided the receipt of less amount. Their manipulation and cheating by placing faulty device online cost me to loss of my wealth worth Rs 1 Lac and mental tensions that still persist. No hearing, no action by v guard company. What to do, where to go . To whom I should complain. Completely upset. Therefore I decided to go for justice for my wealth I lost due to faulty repair that damaged the product, mental tension the company is giving by not listening and neither providing any resolution

              It is with great distress that I compose this message, as my home was engulfed in flames during the middle of the night. The fire originated from the V guard stabilizer that had been affixed to my newly-purchased refrigerator. This stabilizer was installed by a technician from Reliance Digital and came with a warranty.

              Unfortunately, the malfunctioning stabilizer caused a fire to break out, which rapidly spread throughout the kitchen, engulfing the fridge and causing extensive damage. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured, but a few individuals sustained minor burns. My father's hand was more severely burned as he attempted to extinguish the fire after turning off the electricity.

              This incident occurred on the night of April 26, 2023, at approximately 11:00 PM. Please see the attached photographs for further information.

              I am requesting a thorough investigation by your technical team to determine the cause of the stabilizer's failure. Additionally, I am seeking compensation for the damages and potential harm to life resulting from the fire.

                I bought V-Guard Rejive UV UF Water Purifier, from Amazon i got a problem in the purifier(water is not getting filtered by that machine) i had contacted to customer service centre they are not responding well. They are not resolving my problem. They didn't even not responded by visiting a general checkup to check the problem. So i need to file a complaint regarding to v guard industries and as well as the local service centre for not responding to my problem

                  Inverter transformer got burnt because of substandard quality and poor safety measures.
                  Transformer was about to catch fire if it was not power off timely.
                  Concern raised to V gurad team but even after a week time no response got and awaiting for resolution and also requested for root cause analysis to prevent reoccuration in future as production is being used inside house.
                  Product is under warranty.

                    Respected Sir / Madam,

                    I have purchased V-Guard Pebble Insta Water Heater on 6th November 2022 at Vasanth and Co. Showroom have placed installation request. I believe during 7th or 8th November, Technical person came to my home during afternoon, opened up the packing and taken water heater and installation done successfully. However after the installation, on the same day evening, indicator and also heater not working properly. On the same day(i.e) 8th November 2022, I have raised online complaint under complaint number SR 1-[protected] 11 days ago however no technical person came and rectified my heater problem. I have followed up with nearest service centre perambur branch however no proper response, also I have receiving calls from 3 different technicians however they didn't turn up to my home in order to resolve the my heater issue. I didnt receive any update or proper response or call from service center as well as they are lethargic. The same I have called customer care and raised this issue and I believe they have escalated twice to next level but still my problem is not yet resolved. I am not able to use my heater effective from the date of complaint for past 11 days ago. I'm unhappy with the services with VGuard. Now I realise that I should have bought the heater with some other brand and not with V-Guard and this is purely no customer satisfaction. Please fix the issue as soon as possible.

                      Raised a compaint month ago, technician verified and said waiting for spare parts currently spare not available.

                      several times called customer care no good feedback, they say it will resolve in 2days. on every call.

                            Hi I registered a complaint of V guard solar water heater heating element issue on July 10 2022 today July 18 2022, the service person is in search of spares but couldn’t get one and the customer card people are busy in forwarding the complaint to senior service team or arranging a call back from local service person neither of it has solved my issue.

                              Pankhe me bahut jyada kampan tha aur lagane ke agle din hi pankha gir gya.
                              V goard ki taraf se jo technician aaya vo man ne ko tyar hi nahi tha ki pankha gira hai aur customer care wale bol rahe hain ki pankha lagane wale ki galti hai. Jab main usko baar baar bol raha hun ki kal se bahut jyada vibrate kar raha tha aur uski vajah se gira hai vo man ne ko tyar nahi upar se inka banda gali galoch par utar aya. Matr ek din me hi pankha gir gya girne ka karan pankhe me kampan tha company ki taraf se puri koshish thi ki complain na suni jaye.
                              Quality of product bahut hi ghatiya.

                                V guard team very bad response. my complain no.1-[protected] . My stabilizer.Blinkeri g and not in stable issue .no positive response by v guard team & selller also...v Guard team take positively action????.till in under warrenty

                                I had purchased the v-guard stabilizer for my refrigerator on 7/11/18.i had facing a problem with my stabilizer (ie): the stabilizer not providing a stable current though the current is stable (blinkering). The warrenty is upto date and is active. I kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest. I hereby attach the warrenty card and the stabilizer images.

                                  I had purchase two V-Guard wall mount fan of same model during 2019 year. The product was installed in my house and the usage was very less. A few days back, one of the fan stopped working. I had contact the service people of Palakkad. They have checked and inform me that the motor of the fan got damaged completely and the replacement charge will be Rs.900. By hearing this, i was shocked, because I know very well about the usage of this fan....

                                  I buy v guard 1 HP pump from local store, in 9 to 12 mint I started facing the issues, I have rise request for repairs, when the technician came and check, even they don't know how to loosen screw and faster, they tried to fix the issues by setting marriage invitation paper in router chamber as a gasket, such very cheap things to with the motor. It's also not resolved my issue, after that they took my motor to the service center, and gave back on next day, after 5 min the same issue happened, again they put a grees and started the motor, it's now just 2 to 3 month when it repaired, now again I am facing the same problem.

                                    I have complaint many times to the service centre and customer care as well. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday I had words with owner of service Mr Deepak as well but no one is helping out me. The TDS that I am getting is 20 which is very low and below the safe limit according to WHO and studies.it is not safe as it contains low minerals, which may cause many diseases.

                                      Service is pathetic. I raised a complaint on 14-05-22 about stabilizer VG 400 is not working. Till now it’s not resolved and when ever i called customer care i got same response that complaint will be resolved very soon.

                                      Till now no assistance from V GUARD. They are looting the consumer and not provide the service which they have committed while giving selling the product.
                                      Complaint cancelled without contact me.
