[Resolved]  Lloyds Finance Ltd. — maturity amount of fixed deposits not received.

Dear sir,
I have two fixed deposit in Lloyds finance, having details hereunder.
Name- Vijay Kumar Gupta
Fixed deposit amount- 7000
Deposit reciept no- c/ [protected]/1
Date of deposit- 28.2.1997
Maturity date-28.01.2001.
The second one is in my wife's name mohini poddar, now mohini Gupta
Name- mohini poddar
Fixed deposit amount- 7000
Fixed deposit receipt no- c/ [protected]/1
Date of deposit- 28.02.1997
Date of maturity - 28.01.2001
The above mentioned deposit were made by me in Kolkata, being the maturity amount rs. 14000 for both .I wrote them several letters for refund but till date not received a single penny, they asked for some documents for my address change, those were also sent by me .so please help me in this regard, as repeated reminders to them has not been answered.
