[Resolved] Lloyds Finance Ltd. — Fixed deposit not returned | |||
FD amount not return for FDR No. [protected]/1 sir, i had deposited Rs.50, 000/- as a fixed depoit in lloyds finance ltd.in 22/06/1998 for 12 months.Rate of interest was 15 per cent per annum.The date of maturity was 22/06/1999 but after maturity lloyds finance ltd had not returned my full amount of fixed deposit money.They have returned to me only Rs.5, 000/-by SBI DD having No.818804 dated 10/01/2001. Sir, my rest amont is about Rs.45, 000/- still, lloyd's finance ltd have not returned to me. My wife is having Heart problem. I had deposited Rs.12, 000/ as fixed deposit at 15.5% interest which was matured on 20.4.99. I was paid Rs.3600/ only on15.4.00. The Directors of the company are keeping mum regarding repayment of the FD amount with interest inspite of all my persuations.
