Proceeds of our FDR dtd. 09/03/1996 of ₹8000/- due for payment on 09/03/2001 vide FDR No. T7869/1 with M.V.of ₹16, 857/- are still unpaid by Lloyds Finance Ltd. Original FDR tendered on 19/03/2001 to the co.ahmedabad local office duly acknowledged by them.The deposit was in the name of our mother Pandya Snehlata Girikant jointly with Pandya Pratik Girikant & Pandya Chandranshu Girikant. On the demise of our mother on 17/06/2003, we have applied for deletion of her name vide our letter dtd.04/02/2004 & again on 17/01/2007 duly acknowledged by the Co.Ahmedabad office. The co.didn't repaid the amount as per the Co.Law Board order dtd. 16.04.1999 & 01/01/2001 which is highly irregular. Kindly register this complaint from us. Thank you.
