Lloyds Finance Ltd. — non refund of bond money

Sir,

I had purchased total 5 bonds of Rs.6000/=each in 1994.
The total purchase amount was Rs.30000/=(Rs.6000*5=30000/=)
Out of which I transferred total 2 bonds to my friends(Rs.6000*2=12000/=).
Thus I belonged total 3 bonds in my name, worth of RS.18000/=.

The above company asked for return of our original documents on 28/03/2000.The receipt of which is enclosed herewith.Till today no amount is refunded by the company and company has wind up the business.

Kindly guide me to resolve my problem.

Updated by arti rane M/S.LLoyds Finance Limited had accepted fixed deposits from public.
We have already submitted fixed deposit certificates with company.
Copies of receipt certificates are enclosed herewith.
Kindly resolved the problem as early as possible.
