Lloyds Finance Ltd. — Still pending fdr deposit amount after maturity date

I am 80 years old, I am a heart patient, I have deposited my some Saving Amount to Lloyds Finance Ltd. for Regular Monthly Income, for my retired life, but after maturity date No Interest amount & No FDR Amount is returned by your company . So Now I request you to please returned my FDR Amount as early as possible, because we are in urgent need of finance for my Medical treatment.

My FDR Details are as below.

1) FDR NO: T0950 DT. 06.06.1996 Rs. 12, 000.00 &
2) FDR NO: [protected] Dt. 13.04.1998 Rs. 10, 000.00
