Llyod — Ac

I called Llyod for servicing my AC services 3 weeks ago. They found a problem of gas leakage and after checking informee me that coil is not working and they would have to change it. They took the coil and came back one week later with a new coil(in warranty), which they found to be oversized. They had ordered the wrong part. They told us they'd have to get it changed and they will do it in two days. Again they disappeared for a week. After calling them many times they came back after more than a week with the old coil saying this coil is okay. There is nothing wrong with it. This made no sense to me. Why did they it was not working in the first place? I called customer care and asked to please send someone else who can clarify the situation. They said they will send someone within 24 hours. After waiting for 3 days, in which time no one came. I called customer care again only to find out that status of my complaint is RESOLVED. While i am waiting here and have heard nothing from no one. They( the engginers of llyod)even have my coil. I told them my complaint hasn't been resolved. Far from it. They said they will send someone. Again it has been over 48 hours i have heard nothing back.
On top of it i have harrassed constantly by someone from copmany called JOHN ABRAHAM(that's the name he gave me when i asked for his name). Not only he wrongfully convinced me to give him KKG code. He also threatened me that i can do whatever i want but it will be to avail because ultimately complain will come to him only. Now i am stuck in this loop. This nightmare has been going on for three weeks. I don't know what to do. Please help.
