My ac is under warranty and pcv is damaged and the technician who visited said it will be replaced and its more than one week they are not picking up any calls or have not received any update on it.The customer care service misguided me to an out of warranty technician who took 350 rs visiting charge just to tell me that I need a technician within warranty therefore had to book again this time paid visiting charge for rs 550.
