Hello sir, I placed a Order on February 17 for Philips QT4000 /15 Pro Skin Advanced Trimmer For Men (Black) and my order no is #[protected] You send me the email message that once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. I want to know when my order is shipped and deliver to me its almost 5 days that i have no information about tracking order. I also phoned on lobocart customer care but phone is switch off.
