I went to the shop and asked for a packet of milk (Verka). The shop keeper charger me rs.20 and the mrp was 18. And when i asked her for the change she started arguing and refused by saying that she also pays 20 for the packet to the company (Verka). And this is not the first time students are facing this problem on daily basis. And the shopkeeper don't even know how to treat customers.
We request you to please take action as soon as possible.
